At the chapter meeting you will have received a membership application
and a brief orientation as to the application process. Here are a couple of considerations,
as a refresher:
1. Be sure to include the full description of your
products and services and from that you’ll be able to choose the business category
that suits you best. The chapter Visitor Host can help you with questions you
might have in this area.
2. Part 3 of the application helps that chapter
understand your qualifications.
3. Part 4 of the application asks for your accountability
to the program. Please complete these questions in as much detail as possible.
4. On the other side of the application you list two
(2) business references. Clients are best. We’ll ask them how long they’ve
known you and how they would describe you as a business person.
Take your completed application back to the chapter and the
chapter’s Membership Committee will begin the screening process. Within a week,
the Committee will let you know if you have been accepted.
